"Getting the sales award was out of my mind before I joined Cobra. Being as temperamental and introvert as I can, I could never believe that my ultimate career mainly involves selling products, talking to people and not to say, convincing them as well. Without doubt, the training system like the COD 1 and 2, 5 steps and 8 steps have been the fundamental tool in getting me to be more focused in my goals everyday and helping me to achieve a consistent sales results respectively. With the sales award, it motivates me to work even harder to progress further in this organisation, and my goal is to gun down the Ownership award by the next rally! To all the fellow Jeregon's babies, let's work hard together, work towards our dreams and eventually, be our own boss!"

"I was really honoured to be selected to represent Jeregon International to participate in the early stage of PT Appco Indonesia expansion. It was not only a mission but shoulders another responsibility to do my country proud. The entire trip was an eye opener for me to see how an office started off from scratch and exploded into an office of 13 field representatives. They raised over 100 monthlies in a week during their third week of operations. Amazing results!"
